Terms and Conditions:Â
- This policy is contingent upon the main price of the product purchase. However, if the purchase amount exceeds $2000, the coverage will not be applicable.Â
- Customer will have the option to select CoverCare for each product individually. The CoverCare premium will be calculated and charged based on selected products.Â
- For customized products, any alterations made to the customization of placed order may incur additional charges from the company. If the buyer chooses not to pay extra charges, a refund will be initiated.
- When a buyer returns the product under CoverCare, the initial step involves verifying the order and generating a new request for the exchanged product. If any modifications are detected during this process, the customer will be notified regarding any additional charges.Â
- Only the products that are covered will have the option to select the CoverCare.
- External Damages coverage.Â
- Claims are restricted to once for one year period and twice for three year period.Â
- Personalized products are non-returnable, except in the case where incorrect printing has occurred by the company. A refund will be issued limited to the product value excluding shipping, cover or any other charges if the company is unable to manufacture the ordered products.
- Print fading is not eligible for return or refund.
- If the claim is validly accepted by the company, the responsibility for shipping costs will lie with the company.
- When a user adds multiple products, user has the option to select a particular product from multiple products. However, for any specific product ordered in multiple quantities, CoverCare will cover the entire product.
